Free Septic Service Estimates
Every property in McNairy County is different. So every quote we give is custom — and free. Here's how we figure out a fair price for your septic work.
Why We Don't Publish a Price List
You won't find a flat-rate price headline on this page, and there's a good reason. Real septic pricing depends on the property and the work. A routine pumping on a tank with a riser at grade is a different job than a pumping on a tank buried 20 inches under a tightly landscaped yard. A small repair and a full drain field replacement might both start as "my system is acting up." Posting a single price would mislead either way.
So we do the next-best thing: we come look at what's going on, then give you an exact written estimate. Free, no obligation, no pressure.
What Affects the Price
- Type of work — pumping, inspection, repair, drain field, installation each have very different price ranges
- Tank size — 1,000 gallon vs. 1,500 vs. larger
- Accessibility — lid at grade with a riser vs. buried and needing excavation
- Distance — we serve all of McNairy County, but driving an hour each way to Michie is different from a 15-minute Selmer trip
- Time of day — routine business hours vs. emergency after-hours response
- Components needing repair — a cracked lid is cheap, a failed distribution box is medium, a drain field replacement is the big one
- System complexity — conventional gravity is simple; pump tank systems and aerobic systems are more involved
What to Expect From an Estimate
- You call or message us. We ask about the issue, system age, last pumping date, any symptoms.
- We schedule a visit. Routine work within a few days; emergencies the same day.
- We look at the system. Open the lid if needed, walk the field, diagnose what's happening.
- You get a written estimate. Itemized so you can see exactly what you're paying for. No surprise add-ons.
- You decide. No pressure either way.
How We Handle Payment
For routine pumping and small repairs, payment is due at the time of service. For larger projects (installations, drain field work), we typically take a deposit at signing and the balance on completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Service Contracts (Commercial)
For commercial properties with recurring pumping and inspection needs, we offer annual service contracts at a discount over à-la-carte service. Single point of contact, priority response, scheduled service. Get in touch to discuss.
